can my wish come true if I only make a wish on instant wishes instead of making a wish on my dreams page

HI I just have a question for my wish , I wasn,t able to get on here for several weeks for what reason , and have been way over due , im able to get on now , but I wasn,t sure if I should just continue , or access my wish by edit or make it on instant wish now , my wish original target date was September 17 2018 , but was not able to get on for long time , not sure if I should just continue as is or make wish on the inatant now , do I need to check in every day cause for what every reason , its been a bit ify for me , I clicked on dream has come true , even thou it hasn,t yet , what should I do , also thought I should take a brake since I haven,t been able to get on regularly for a while , interested in your thoughts and responds on what you think I should do , thanks please respond at your earlest when able , thanks take care

Your wish can come true if you only use the instant wish but adding it to your dreams page works better. You could make the same instant wish every day instead. Is there a reason why you don't want to add the wish to your Dreams Page?
