I made my wish an its not coming true for my ex girlfriend to forgive me an accept me back I don't know y its not working

The wish you made is not an easy one to have come true. It is more about your ex-girlfriend than yourself and wishes that rely on other people are mostly out of your control. I think you will need to find a way to show her that you deserve forgiveness.
